At Atec Egypt, we take pride in powering industrial excellence across Egypt. One of our notable recent projects is the full electrical supply and installation for Al Monairy for Corn Products, a major food production facility located in 10th of Ramadan City.
Project Overview
The facility specializes in corn-based food manufacturing and required a robust electrical infrastructure to support its high-capacity operations. Atec Egypt was selected to handle the complete medium and low voltage electrical works, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards.
Scope of Work
Medium Voltage Supply & Installation

Supplied and installed (4) 3000 kVA HITACHI oil-immersed transformers

Supplied and installed (4) medium voltage Ring Main Units (RMUs)

Completed installation of all electrical rooms, including:

Earthing systems

Internal connections

Compliance with Canal EDC standards
Low Voltage Distribution

Supplied and installed (4) Main Distribution Boards (MDBs) with 6300A main circuit breakers

Supplied and installed multiple sub-panels to manage internal load distribution

Installed low voltage power cables using structured cable ladders and trays across the site
Earthing & Lightning Protection

Executed 3 dedicated earthing systems:

One for the main buildings

One for the light current systems

One for the lightning protection (مانع صواعق) system

Outcome
The result was a fully integrated electrical power system capable of supporting continuous industrial operations. All works were delivered in full compliance with Canal EDC requirements, ensuring safety, efficiency, and long-term durability.
